SOMETHING FOR CHANGE - 2011

If we refuse some change because of excessively environmental reasoning and some considerations favor within the means the purpose of the organization, would impede the aspiration of development and stability as the population rapidly grows. It is not a change or developmental mean concern if we never take some methodology of growth and stability which obsolete to the present context. But don’t give too much attention to criticize this point because I am not including here the -Principle. The truism is that, we can propose and even pursue in order to achieve something by changing our methodology but not our principle. If we think only not for our cause but mostly for the sake of all. We can consider some change developmental methodology and the new approach of stability as long as it would be regulated without dissident of course of action.

And if we refuse to adopt some methodology, then we are making remarks of the thing in which could be benefited by them (unemployed and unprivileged) to use what they have and to exercise their importance as being part of the community. Preservation of humanity needs to accept new environmental regulation perspective, so that the figure of skilled we have would not aspire for evil works. And if we are too late to appreciate the good means of new methodology for economic and development. We make it harder to preserve the rapid growth of the community since we are starting to regulate and impose many changes and not modification in the society. And if we are afraid to accept this new approach even if it will be regulated, we are behind before we begin to protect our peers when the world facing the day of chaos. And that our professional, skilled individual, and discipline commoners were use to works in the hand of the infidel because of no option.

Since we are part and standing on the same ground with our undertakings, we are both beneficiaries of any change. What troubles the peasant would affects the entire community, then how more to our professionals if they could not find the exit of their ability and acquired strength. Since we have time to rebuild of what are those being ruined and loose by means of prejudice and selfish aim, then let us be part of their aspiration and become partakers for common means and of good.

Introduction

Have you not notice when you start knowing what is good and right. The moment you start weighing of something, as it distinguished an individual maturity. And the moment you begin to criticize through positive way, even you if you are aware also to the negative collisions, you can never step on others feet and even hurt them, even if you become intent in doing good. In relation to our faith, it is true that when the right discernment was applied, it distinguish as the mark of maturity. But before you start read this article, I remind you that the application of appreciation not all would results to the change of an attitude directly, yet it mean most into relational aspects. And we need also to in mind, since appreciation consider as part of an art it rely not on one methodology or principle as racial aspect is concern. However, it strengthens and fosters relationship among your peers and constituents.

Appreciates the Good – II (Sensitivity)

Another thing we need to notice is the present forces of nature around us and what our atmosphere is. When we start appreciating the good, we may feel something differently. If we begin to experience and realize its effects and even its good. Appreciation of good by the way is not just mean of telling the person about something you admire always for them. It might be giving means to an individual an act of pretense and idiocy, even if the intention or the motive is good. Appreciation in the sense is not just in the conduct of utterance, but even in smile it consider to an appreciation. Treasuring something to someone is also an act of appreciation without being notice, as an individual learned to treasure the most inspirable. It also doesn’t mean that in order to be appreciated, we need always to appreciate others. In reality, appreciations have many means to relation and emotion. In relation we can use to appreciate others through negative and positive ways. It might be you care the persons or hated them. Without an individual conscience in giving an appreciation it might be offensive to others if an act is too far from its means. Same thing if we talk about appreciation by emotions, mostly it deals about the benefits and or the worth of action. Even though appreciation by emotion sometimes deceitful. It is because you begin to disguise, yet if you act mean for a purposeful way it bring good results. But on the most positive side, it is because somebody really cares or we care for someone. It means that the appreciation by emotions contributed largely in relational aspects. But the point of the matter depends on how you comprehend the apperceptions, and what it means for you. And just let someone say’s what they lie to say’s, while the pleasure of your humility is yours.

How does have the present approach? Simply, by means of appreciating the common good and of the right as well. The point that when you start to appreciate others, is the moment you begin to understand the importance of good habit and the value of an attitude. But in our appreciation we should be careful in means of our consideration. Because there were some hypocritical act and phony approach that would affect your relations to others and of yourself as a person. Even though the application of appreciation enable us to become aware and of not too be sensitive, we need to consider such thing. Because our appreciation is not just subjected for the common good, but especially for the spiritual aspects in connection to our faith. Thus, appreciation is not mean to guarantee a person to become good if an individual not willing to act the things as comprehended part of commonest approach and within to our conscience. Becoming good is the out come of our comprehension about the value of life and our role’s as we choose to be of who we are. Failure of knowing who we are and pretending to be somebody else would bring personal lifetime problems with discontentment on it. Actually, the application of appreciation even not just for the common good within the means of our conscience helps the growth of maturity of an individual. As the good it would means as quality, worth, importance, and even the value of an attitude. However, the generalizations cover only within the view of this article. Thus, appreciation is not by means to make us too wise, but of becoming good as well. And of being aware is not means of being sensitive always, even though we need to be sensible. How we act reflects our mood of comprehension and ways of dealings. But, ‘the less we appreciate others, the less we care for our self’, in regards to self-worth. As resulted to give less importance of weighing an issue and lack of comprehension for the importance of others (referring to a situation).

Cause of Insensibility

1. Misgiving of judgment of the common good, as it disrupted and disturbed the natural approach.
2. Abrupt in decision- making, without minding others.
3. Being suspicious in point of view, while too offensive in judgment.
4. Being consumed by assumptions having enclosed of negative feelings.
5. Giving less value and less concern for someone.
6. Discontentment. Being not able to value one’s possessions.

Consideration

It is not really of becoming sensitive we can offer or give the good (service & approach), but of becoming conscious is too enough and of being aware in present atmosphere. To overcome insensibility needs to put up confidence in our approach, able to weigh such thing and give good judgment.

However, being too sensitive could not guarantee as the only way to appreciate the common good. And also can cause emotional depression if what being expected was notice as just make-up. Sometimes we can say’s it so confusing if we were not able to comprehend the intense of an appreciation. But we need to understand why we should consider such thing like this even if we are not sure in order to fill maybe the vacuum because of confusion. And learn to admit that we need to learn how to stand in a place as they called it as our common ground.

Conclusion

Since every place has it set of good that vary mostly on the context of culture. And the failure to appreciate the good sometimes within the means of cultural context is not a virtue an individual should have. Appreciation does not require that an individual must be too sensitive in his/her surrounding in order to notice the common good. The common good in the sense are what are what in the context could be easily understood, and what are beneficial in the sense of the growth and maturity of an individual. Appreciation of good includes our personal decision and within our conscience.

Introduction

It is really an easy to read book and scripturally-based that come within reach to help the present dreamers and visionary the well-timed book “Dream -Plans- Goals”. The author, Sir Ken Gaub as sign of respect gives point-to-point clear crystal views that really drive me to the essence of his book. At first reading, I am so excited to explore pages to pages. Sir Ken Gaub approach has a lot of significance and values. I mean it calls the dreamer to start and to accomplish something. He pointed out many things and touched many issues, problems, and gave some example from the negative in order to give importance of how positive attitudes would results to a successful life. The author is so specific, practical, and uses spiritual approach that leads the dreamer to success while bringing closer to God. Really our success is in God hands, and our failure is through unbelief. Sir Ken Gaub wrote his book without pretense but according to what he experiences and believe at first. Even though he believe on the things he acquired but Sir Ken Gaub emphasize the importance of – Faith, and the importance of genuine-relationship we have in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Action- Oriented

I believe that in order to accomplish thing is by means of dealing the subject properly. Being an action- oriented individual it would means to break the barrier of limitations that truly hinder us. Like Sir Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison, and the rest they were all action- oriented. As they believe God, it shows that through their faith they have many achievements. But learning those things that didn’t work and seek or discovering the things that will work out it signify the action- oriented person. And as far as I am concern, these would also related in page 67.

God is Our Motivator

One of the most important things in life is our relationship to the Lord Jesus Christ. Through genuine faith it defeats unbelief. Let us stand what we believe when it is good and could be benefited by all. When I give attention to the passage Mark 9:23, I also do believe that He can do everything. But first I need to take away my unbelief and doubts first. Unbelief it hinder blessing and doubts would result of losing control. God want us to see being successful in life. You may say, I am broaden my summary but not, because in page 75 it sum up all these things that really “God is our motivator”. When God motivate us it worth a great things because He will also direct us. And when He motivates us, God never want to see His children fail. So, if things yet not happening, might be it is not yet time and we need more training and equipping both spiritual and in physical aspects for practical approach. As long as there is movements and we never stop doing things of reaching our “dreams, plans, and goals” success will comes in its way and time. And these are the methods of approach that still I applied even today. If many would ask me right now, I have many unmeet dreams, plans, and goals h\but still I have no doubts from it because I still always believe in God. As far as my faith is concern, God motivated us not just in the way of giving us greater knowledge and wisdom. But also He motivated us to be reliant on Him even if He given us much. When he motivates us in it involves us to learn the process of having patience. Patience is a virtue. God concern is our relationship with Him, and it is a part of His love of fulfilling man’s dreams. Simply, God want us to be happy, and this is the reason why He motivates us in many different ways.

As I go further reading, it is interesting to know that the size of our dreams would determine our ability to success. In page72, it encourages us to act and have full responsibility of our dreams. Huh, it is not just phrase, “it is doing something that counts”. When I read this thing it is a relief, because it encourages me to pursue dream bigger, while God is our partner. It is truly make sense to me right now that “Real success is knowing what God wants you to do and doing it. “

God Made Us for A reason

When I read further, it catch my attention the statement about “god made us for a reason,” and while reading it trough this three essential points helps me to understand more about what God has already prepared for us. When the author say’s about what God has given to us, it brings me to the truth. I believe that God has given as plans, gifts and even ability because He has reason.

But the reason why many young people don’t succeed it is because of drugs, alcohol, and the most is that they even have no plans, no goals, and no purpose. When it comes to this point, the author cited some reasons why young people don’t succeed. And all have significance in the world. In view of drugs that result to addiction, alcoholism to mental illness and other vices like smoking really affects the young generation today. But some common problem that greatly affects the young people of todays is living without no plans, no goals, no dreams. They even don’t really know or sure of what their purposes in life. I remember then that the greatest tragedy in life is a life without a purpose. If we have no purpose we are ruining our life and not using the things God - given skills we acquired. We can say’s that some of this young people principle is to live and let die. To say’s, having dreams in life is not enough without planning and evaluation of goals. We need these three components of success, the dreams, the plans, and the goals in order that we can stay in focus. Thus, it would become beneficial for the young people that they may not turn their interest to the path that would defeat them.

The Importance of Planning

The importance of planning is really important in all aspects of life to meet the dreams and the desired goals. In every accomplishments and success is the product or the results of effective planning. When there is planning an individual would find easy methodological approach and tools when being face difficulties and tough times. But not all plans would be effective in just one setting. Many institutions and mission groups of todays ended their meeting without having good report because of their own interest and hidden agenda. Without successful planning it results to unorganized systems of leadership of governance. Most who take to endure the consequences and its effects are their subordinates or the lay-workers. While the uniformed gentlemen always passing judgment with each other. And it is called the blaming-game. Actually I am not presenting issues here, but the effects of unsuccessful planning results light or heavy circumstances that the said results being bear mostly of those who are at low level course. If in regards to individual course it can be the great turning points of his life. The effective ways of planning is by taking heed to an advice. It is not necessary to empty our self like of other ways and principles but being sensitive enough is really a big thing. The author gives emphasis about the importance of planning while he point positive ways to overcome it. Planning is really a crucial to any project. Yet it is so very beneficial and important even though sometimes it is though. In reality planning stand as the very best means to have a successful life. However, at this point in time, we can only have good plans through knowing what was being plan, and why it is being plan.

In planning changing methodology was highly considered instead of changing the principles. Even though the author has the good point about the matter but not in all aspects we needed not to change our principle. If we have an acquired- principles in order to throw the old ones, it is considerable as long as man has specific, solid, and serious of what is being aim and things to achieve. In page 116, it stated that, “A goal is a dream in action with a purpose.” If we scrutinized the said phrase, we can figure it out what is the importance of having and knowing the purpose in life.

Contrast (Assessments)

Mostly, I always learned three essential things here and it is so really beneficial and valuable aspects in life. But another thing we needed most to learn the contrast between 3 essential things that really needed in maturity and growth in planning strategies development. As it given below, it can give us strength and confidence in order to pursue what we are aiming for in life;

“Wisdom is knowing what to do;

Skills is knowing how to do it;

Success is doing it.” –p120.

The statements above really make sense to me on how it gives me a crystal clear assessment and ways to overcome the negative forces that pulling and defeating me. Giving ears to good counsel and taking heed to His Words is really beneficial and make us capable of doing our subject in life. And through wisdom it could mean in many ways of dealing and approach in present while it even gives guidance and direction. We really needs wisdom in order to have good comprehension to our environ as we dealing the present with the dreams we had that we don’t wanted it to die. The truism is that wisdom is one of the greatest gifts God given to us. And with God given skills we become also able to do the things that relates to our dreams, plans, and goals. Through our acquired-skills it gives us confidence to pursue what we already started even though how difficult it is. To dare to pursue what are already plans even how difficult it is could not hinder us if having right comprehension of our skills.

The identified recommendation I consider as good for assessments and development in building confident measures that would help uplift the status of an individual to comprehend and grasp the necessary tools that relates to our future. With this assessment we become able to figure out what point we are lacking and in what areas of our approach needs an enhancement. And the worth of this practice would empower us to continue what are those already been started, to take serious accounts of what are those being plans and dreams for. Having goals is not enough without proper action and organized mind. With the glimpses we had in our past experiences and have evaluation of our tools, we will be able to comprehend the values and components for success. As we also taking important accounts to ponder in our experiences, we may become able as well to correct the past mistakes by applying those things that would really work. It is impossible that achiever have no tools that accompanied them in reaching their goals. And I admit that, with this book it bring a lot of significance in journey. I really love the book, and the practical but spiritual ways of approach of the author. Sir, Keen Gaub really touch my heart and his advices I am treasuring it for a life time.

Overcoming Fear

Before I end up my summary, it is very important to give some thing I understand in page 136 – Overcoming Fear. Fear is not the absence of knowledge but lack of confidence. When I come to this point, the said phrase I created reminds me on how fear could affect us. Overcoming fear must important to every individual so that they may lack nothing. When fear takes control it is hardly to face the negative world that pulling us up side down. Simply fear makes us unable to do the things that we can do. And if we can’t do the things that have relations to our success then our life is at risk. Even though we can say that failure is an inevitable thing in life but it is impossible to live a life less achievement if we are true to our plan. As I remember this good phrase, which, if we are only true to our plan we can touch the skies. Thus, overcoming fear will be the most wonderful and great turning point of our life. And when we overcome fear it becomes so easy for us to face the hurdles that we encounter in life.

Ken Gaub really gives a good point about what are those possible effects when we overcome fear. And it is really inspiring and gives me many insights. As I pondered his words, I treasures what are those practical advices and have lots of spiritual comprehension that would helps me to reach my dreams, plans, and goals. This book is magnificent, and I could say’s that this works is far from pretense and hypocrisy like others. What Ken Gaub, wrote is not just his wonderful experience but highly related to his – FAITH. As far as my wisdom is concern, I discern that both practical and spiritual experience the author wrote this book. Sir Ken Gaub is truly part of the work force of God who develop strong determinations and have confidence of what he dreams and plans to achieve as he have also the goals. Really we can say’s, to God be the Glory. Amen.
