Healthy Option (Part 1)
By: Ferdinand S. Panerio
It is common in our society to make such decision easily. While not considering the possible things might happen, that sometimes too hurt enough and hard to bear. And while the pains remain bleeding and when the wounds are not heal, as considered the results or an out come. And because of rush decision (when guided-by our own-will) then it might be become complicated. In the sense that it would intricate the situations and damage the natural-approach and common-response of a person. Considering that some of our choices would affect every sphererelationship we are belonged to. And while the said complication still not totally affect the inner most part of our being, then I am humbly proud to say, that there are “healthy Options”. Thus, we need to consider the facts, that OUR CHOICES reflects many field or aspects of our life, such us our friends, family, or even the Church, the Society, that primarily influences us and on how we comprehend our role’s to be what we know about ourselves. or
The following OPTION might help you and guide you;
Option 1: Listen
“If we start by trying to pretend to be something we are not, we make it harder to see who we are.”
- Eugene Kennedy. P24
“If You Really Know Me,
would you still love me?”
If we listen carefully not just to our emotions then we are trying and learning the value of such common-approaches. While we also trying to grasp its essential aspects and the means that worth to life. However, listening is not just giving of ears, but paying attention to its values and related means in our dealings with people and our circumstances. And once the mind and heart approve, or when there is agreement it would be you your response after it.

Option 2: Learn
“If you think nobody helps you, help yourself and you will know that the world needs you.”
- F. Panerio
As the “world” represent people, while “you” as for yourself, then you know what it means for. You are not born to live and let die. Remember, each of us have its role’s to follow or ways to live for. We are not just mere beings. So learn, it might be a simple word, but its impact would greatly affect us in shaping our ways of comprehension and our personality as whole. The important things you need to learn is learn to face your fears. Remember fear is not the absence of knowledge but lack of confidence to act. But I need you to reflect the additional quotation below, and think about of it.
Words to Ponder:
“-, the man who fears everything becomes coward and the man who fears nothing becomes reckless or foolhardily.”- p.27

Option 3: Love
“The art of life is not controlling what happen to us, but using what happen to us.” p.22

A Book of Self- Esteem
True love is not just giving and caring a while. True love is building relationship and it’s not creating walls. Most show that they care, yet they build walls and the sense of pride becomes noticeable enough for those whom have good and better comprehension. Now let me direct you to the point. When you truly love, you are not just caring but growing in the sense to maturity. As we believe that the love produce not just better comprehension and relationship but good personality as well.
Words to Ponder:
“Love is like oil to the wheels of obedience. It enables us to run the way of God's commandments

Option 4: Live
“The less you tell others about yourself and where you are going, the less you enable others to contradict, upstage, outwit and emotionally manipulate you.” p.15
-Rupert Wilkinson
Don’t expect too much for others, you need to exercise what it is in you. When the things get tough, don’t be discourages. Most of our circumstances need enough time to overcome on it. Sometimes we need to be in the solitary place in order to have the glimpse and find relief with our own ways of comprehension and ways of dealing. If open-times you share your troubles to others, you are might not notice that you were pampering an attitude of being always dependent to others, not self-reliant. One of those important things we are needed to do is to have a devotion-life and to develop our religious fervor. Thus, you might not learn to live what you know without such consideration of the people whom become part of your personal development, as a whole. Living what we do believe would lead us to comprehend the things we needed to know. And what are those conceal would be reveal on its given time and purposes. As an advice you need not to delve on the subjects that don’t take you to the led, as means not for soothing.
Words to Ponder:
“Like a river; ‘truth’ are not conceal.
It just happens that only few are- seeker. ”
- F. Panerio
Therefore, as a Christian in faith, a believers, and disciples’ of the truth, don’t think it is an end. Don’t make rush decision that you might regret it later. But always in mind that “exponential-attitude” thinks always that there are always “healthy options.”
WAIT FOR THE NEXT HEALTHY OPTION......
